Joulutähdessä on kaunis lohenpunainen sävy ,tämä oli oikea löytö.

Luca- S minikit and Niky's Creations "Faith" Ornament

Hei ystävät!


Kirjokkaasta tilasin jo hyvän aikaa sitten tämän suloisen Piperminttutanko Joulukortin ja pisteltyäni sen kiinnitin siihen ripustuslangan . Tällä pikkuisella työllä avasin tämän syksyn Joulupistely sesongin...

Kauppilan Ristipistoviikonlopussa  aloitin tämän Niky's Creations "Faith"   koristeen joka edustaa amerikkalaista kansanomaista tyyliä eli "Primitive -style " vaikka suunnittelija onkin italialainen . työ on pistelty rustiikki 14 count aidalle Atalien ja Crescent Colourworksin langoilla.

Neiti Olivia 9v  askarteli viime kerralla tämän suloisen Pippinwoods papereista kootun 3d kortin ,iso valkoinen Joulutähti oli Prima Marketing valmistama.Tällä viikolla valmistuu varmasti lisää Joulukortteja :)

Odottelen postia Casa Ceninasta ( Italia)  sillä tilasin tapani mukaan tämän vuoden  JCS Christmas Ornaments -lehden josta varmaankin löytyy taas lisää ihania pieniä Joulukoriste-malleja :)

Hello my friends!!

The Luca-S mini kit started my Christmas stitching Season and I really liked the kit. I added a string to it so I  can hang it on my kitchen  window.

Next piece piece is Niky's Creations "Faith" and it is designed by Italian Lady called Nicoletta Ferrauto. and I live many of hr designes .It is stitched to Rustico 14 count aida with Atalie and Crescecnt Colourworks Threads-is not really perfect but I like it anyway.

Miss Olivia has been busy as always and last time she made lovely 3d picture card where the kind animals from the woods are celebrating Christmas.I think the card is very sweet :)

Some Bunny to Love "Flower Girl " and some tapestry work..

Hei taas blogi ystäväni!

Aloitin pistelemään tätä Some Bunny to Love työtä mutta tehtyäni noin neljanneksen alkoi tulla liikaa laskuvirheitä ja pyysin apua ystävältäni Sarilta Hän sitten pistelikin työn valmiiksi asti ja niin tästä minua murehduttaneesta työstä saatin valmis ja ah-niin suloinen.

Hello my blogging friends!

I started the Some Bunny to Love project but soon I noticed that I had made some mistakes on it and I needed some help from my friend Sari.H. I was very happy when she promised to adopt poor Bunny and so she finished it for me,Thank You thank You my friend!

As a favor I stitched the dark Blue sky for her on The Orchideas Silent Night Kit...so we both were very content for the solution :)

Dear Miss Olivia has been crafting with me several times and by now she has made a very good progress with her Anchor Tapestry kit.

I have been stitching my large Tapestry kit with the big roses  and now I work with the background and the roses...

I have one little cross stitch finish waiting for the "finishing" I will post it soon :)

Just Nan -Pecock Alpabets...a RAK to my friend Rebecka!

Viime viikonloppuna Ikaalisissa Pistelijät Ry.n viikonlopussa lahjoitin Rebeckalle pistelemäni Riikinkukko aakkoset jotka oli viimeistellyt flatfoldiksi.Tämä oli siis RAK eli Random act of Kindnes,Ystävällisyyttä muuten vaan...

Värit muuttuvat hieman kun kuva otetaan eri kulmasta...

Paketissa oli myös aiheen mukainen neulavahti.

Askartelin myös pienen satukirjan Rebeckasta eli Keijusta ja Maija Prinsessasta.....

Hello My friends!

I enjoyed my days at Stitching Retreat and here I can now show you at last what I have cross stitched among all the tapestry work I have done..

It is Just Nan -Peacock Alphabet  and it was a RAK to my stitching friend Rebecka.She liked it a lot and I gave her also The Kelmscots Needle Minder and a little Storybook I crafted  about a Fairy Rebecka and Princess Maija ..there were also some stitched flowers on the storybook.

As you can guess  it was so   fun to do something with some "not so me colors"  as Turqoise and different kind of blues are  but dear Rebecka likes them so I wanted to please her taste of colors

Minun ja Sari.H.n  yhteistyö jatkuu eli minä ompelin ensin pienen ovaalin Orvokit kanavatyön ja Sari viimeisteli sen upeaksi olkalaukuksi.

Tämä on minusta upea ja mielnkiintoisinta tässä on jälleen että vaatimaton hyvin vanhanaikainen (?) kanavatyö muokkaantui taitajan käsissä kauniiksi olkalaukuksi.

Tässä vielä lähikuvaa ihanista pitseitä ja villalangalla ommellusta kanavatyöstäni.

Hello !

Me and my dear talented friend Sari.H have again been co-working...I stitched a little oval shaped tapestry work and Sari.H finished as a  lovely bag.I was very surprised when she gave it to me because I asked her to do it as a something small and simple.

But  she got an inspiration to finish it as a bag and I am so happy because of it! I love ,love this bag and I will take it with me to the Stitching Retreat I will join at the next weekend.It will again be so much fun ! I will Stitch a Niky's Creations design from a Just Cross Stitch Desings from some years ago.

Stitching Rose Cottage and adding some Autumnal Decorations..

Näin pitkällä olen Rose Cottage työssä...

lisää unikoita ilmestyy nyt päivittäin -tahdon saada tämän valmiiksi jotta voin palata muiden WIP töiden pariin.

Olen lisännyt kotiin punaista ja syksyn värejä...

Partyliten somisteita,,syksyn lehdet ja antiikki-messingin värinen lyhty.....

ja posliini kurpitsa ..Pikku Enkeli on Seinäjoen Sisustus Nallesta.

Marin tekemä sampler -tyyny ja Finn Marin syyskukat koristavat välikön pöytää!

I have stitched Rose Cottage every day and still really love,love this project!
 The bold reds and the  Autumn Colors have also inspired me to add some more red, gold ,orange and green to my decoration..Hope you like the pictures!

A Romantic card to Arja-Liisa and other pretty things...

Aurinkoista Lauantaita!

Askartelin Arja-Liisalle romanttisen kortin ja ,yllätys, käytin Pion Designen iki-ihania Paris Flea Market papereita.Koristeena on Priman kukkia,pitsinauhaa,vanha korurasian avain ,samettilankaa yms.

Hieno rouva Ruusuhatussaan ja resiinikoriste kruunu....

Hatun kukkien värit toistuvat koristelussa...

Alareunaan laitoin pienen ruusuisen 3d kuvankin. Tätä oli aivan ihana koota !

Vaikka minulla onkin muutama  työ jo meneillään tämä ihanuus oli pakko saada ,se oli hyvin edullinen fb.n Ristipistokirpparilla. Työ on Dimensionin, ei laskettava, "Rose Cottage " .

Työn mität ovat 35x50 cm.

I have made a romantic card to my new fb friend Arja-Liisa who is very talented needle worker.

She likes most to stitch pieces from Mirabilia ,John Clayton and is specialiced to stitch amazingly beautiful Ladies in the evening gowns.Her works are so high quality!

Not a surprise I choosed her my prettiest papers and largest flowers! She liked the a lot!

Yes ,Yes I know I have enough Wips BUT this piece really caught my attention. It was sold in our fb. flea market and its called "Rose Cottage" It is Dimensions  No count piece but have large amount of small and even tiny areas to full fill with those little crosses we like so much!
